To complete your function we can provide a wide range of disposables (some are shown below), plant hire (see list) - i.e. tables, chairs, linen (wide colour and size options available), personalised balloons, celebration cakes, mobile cocktail bars, ice sculptures etc. We also have a great variety of entertainment sources such as jazz bands, harpists, face-painters, bouncy castles, chocolate fountains, etc. happy to contact you. Our awning and marquee associate can offer many sensibly priced options if the weather is bad or if you need extra space.

  PLANT HIRE CONDITIONS

Plant hire... ...

There is a returnable deposit charge of £100.00

This is returned in full once we have heard from the hire company that there were no losses, breakages or damage to the hired products.

To save any possible misunderstandings we would respectfully ask you to kindly note these points

1) Carefully check the delivery and give the driver a note of any shortages or damaged items obtaining a signed note from him confirming these shortages (or damage) Please  also phone us.
2) After use, do not store table cloths in plastic bags or leave folded when wet as they are liable to mildew (which the laundry cannot remove) and the charge is a total replacement if returned in this condition.
3) All original boxes, bags etc should NOT be discarded as they are chargeable if not returned.
4) Plates etc should have all food residue removed but can be returned without proper washing at no extra charge
5) Keep all intersections in blue glass transport boxes between the glasses in the same manner as when delivered as breakages could occur when transporting back
6) A signature for the returned goods is advisable. This can prevent any possible grey areas later.
7) Hire charge is for a standard 3 day period as follows:
Day 1: delivery day,
Day 2: day of use,
Day 3: collection day
Extra hire days are chargeable @ 25% extra per day
8) Please remember that you are responsible for all hired items from delivery until returned to the hire company warehouse. Lost, stolen or damaged equipment will be charged at full replacement cost. Damaged goods will be repaired where possible and the cost charged. Where this is not possible a full replacement cost will be charged. Any items found within a month of being notified of losses will be either credited in part or full. If goods are left at a venue awaiting collection please ensure that they are stored in a secure area and a responsible person is available to be on hand when they are collected
9) Standard Delivery and Collection cost includes delivery Monday-Friday as specified. Should your delivery or collection fall outside of these terms, an additional charge may be incurred. (NB. We endeavour to arrange an am. or pm. delivery or collection to suit your requirements but this can not be guaranteed)
10) Delivery and collection is made to a single ground floor point unless pre-arranged (where an additional charge is applicable). If on arrival this is not the case goods will be left on the ground floor or an additional charge will be made. Delivery or collection may be refused if the site circumstances are deemed to cause a heath and safety risk to the delivery team
(Pre-Christmas '06 added requirements....Due to pressure at this time of year the hire company have added a couple of new requirements:
1) More than 48 hours notice for order amendments is now required.
2) A charge of £25.00 will be made for same day orders (if these can be fulfilled) and also for orders placed after noon for following day delivery

We ask you to confirm that you accept these hire conditions as they are required by the hire company...
