Order cancellations can be made by email up to 3.30pm on the day prior to delivery but please ensure you receive a cancellation reference from us. The order will be charged in full if no cancellation number is received. Initial deliveries must be paid in advance by cheque, BAC's transfer or credit card (fee added) but thereafter we are happy to set up a 21-day business account if requested in advance. |
