Red, yellow and green peppers, red onions, courgettes and garlic are oven roasted in drizzled virgin olive oil with sea salt and combined in a light white sauce topped with shaved parmesan. Approx 10-15 portions. Delivered in a large foil container with full re-heating instructions (H) (V) 

We can also deliver this dish hot direct from our kitchen to your function. The cost is only an extra £20.00 per container and a minimum order of three containers is required.

Delivery can be arranged for a  1/2  hour time slot at no extra charge. The containers are securely packed in our special non-returnable 'hot-food boxes'
