Our celebrated dish with smoked haddock, fresh salmon and prime cod with baton carrots, button mushrooms, onions, leeks and fresh coriander layered in a creamy white sauce. All topped with oven-browned real mash and toasted breadcrumbs. Approx 10-12 portions. Delivered in a large foil container with full re-heating instructions (H)

We can also deliver this dish hot direct from our kitchen to your function. The cost is only an extra £20.00 per container and a minimum order of three containers is required.

Delivery can be arranged for a  1/2  hour time slot at no extra charge. The containers are securely packed in our special non-returnable 'hot-food boxes'
