Large decorated poached Scottish salmon. Filleted, garnished and glazed with floral roses in tomato and cucumber. Served with a lemon mayonnaise. Approx 15-20 portions.

NB. By our removal of all bones (where possible) and cleaning the salmon completely after poaching it is very simple to serve and enjoy
