Medium-sized decorated poached Scottish salmon. Filleted, garnished and glazed with floral roses in tomato and cucumber. Served with a lemon mayonnaise. Approx 8-12 portions.

NB Re remove all bones etc where possible after poaching the salmon and this makes it simple to serve and enjoy
